Bards Alley's Bookish Subscription BOX
Our bookish subscription box is back for the holiday season! Check out our Books by Bards subscription box and you can support a local, woman-owned business all year from your home. This is a fantastic bookish gift for a loved one or even for yourself (we're all about treating yourself) starting January 2025.
-- WHAT IS IT?
Books by Bards is a subscription box fulfilled by Bards Alley with multiple enrollment options. For a one-time purchase, the recipient will receive a book a month to unwrap for either three, six, or twelve months depending on your selection. We have multiple enrollment options available!
-- WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
This year, we are offering The Owly Original or a Book & Candle bundle.
The Owly Original is reminiscent of our subscription box from previous years: the recipient will receive a first edition hardcover (fiction or non-fiction) curated by our Buyer. Several of these titles will also be signed first editions; previous years around 6-8 of the books we sent out have been signed. This is a great option for folks who enjoy reading broadly, or those who just want a sampling. 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month options are available.
The Book & Candle bundle is newly made for genre-lovers! You may select Mystery, Sci-Fi/Fantasy, or Romance as your genre of choice, and recipients will get a new paperback original of their preferred genre accompanied by a themed 2oz or 4oz candle. We are offering a 6-month option only for this bundle.
-- WHAT DOES MY PURCHASE INCLUDE?
For this subscription box, we are just asking for a one-time payment (price dependent upon your selection) which includes the hardcover or paperback book, any additional items sent with the book, and all shipping & handling.
Books are shipped on their release day each month with sustainable packaging from NoIssue and a note detailing why we selected that title for the month.
