TEACHERS & LIBRARIANS

We offer a discount for 15% off of all books for school teachers, reading specialists, and librarians. Please provide a school ID or a school email address and we can apply the discount to your Bards Alley Rewards account.

If you are interested in placing a book order for your school, please email Mallory with the button below and include a list of all titles plus the corresponding author. There is a minimum of 20 total books (not titles) for school orders for a 20% discount on the order.

Mallory will respond with a quote and will let you know if any of the titles are unavailable for us to order. From there, she will confirm the order and schedule a time to either take payment up-front or discuss emailing an invoice.

SCHOOL AUTHOR VISITS

We love to help sell books with author visits! See our policies regarding school author visits below:

Sales/pre-orders close 2 weeks prior (~10 business days) to the author's visit date, and school staff must pick up the books at Bards Alley once they arrive.

We request you send your inquiries approximately six weeks ahead of the visit.

Book sales will take place through our Square website at bardsalley.square.site and parents may place orders for their students directly through the site.

Please email Mallory below with your upcoming author and she will tell you if we are able to help!

SCHOOL FUNDRAISERS

Unfortunately, we do not have the bandwidth to host or participate in school fundraisers, Dining 4 Dollars events, etc. at this time.

We will update this page if we are accepting inquiries for school fundraisers.

SCHOOL ADVERTISEMENTS & SPONSORSHIPS

At this time, we will only consider arts & literature related school sponsorships or school newspaper/magazine ads.

You may send any inquiries to our email at [email protected] and we will reach out to you if we'd like to move forward with a sponsorship.
